Shipping and payment terms

The online store will only accept orders from residents in Spain and abroad as long as the delivery is made in Spanish territory.

Purchases that can be made directly through the website will be subject to product availability.

The procedure to buy products through the web is as follows:

1. Shopping bag: All products selected by the User will be incorporated into your “Shopping Bag”. The User must access "Shopping Bag" to start the purchase process.

2. It is not necessary for the user to be registered to carry out the purchase process.

6. Confirmation of receipt of acceptance: Once the purchase process is finished, the User will receive, at the email address designated in the registration form, a communication specifying the characteristics of the product, price, shipping method, date of purchase, order number and estimate of the delivery date.

If the order cannot be served for any reason, the user will receive a notification by email informing him of the incident.


The prices shown on the website are indicated in euros. Although they have been reviewed to avoid any errors, if we detect a price error on the web, we will contact you to comment and you can accept the new price or cancel the order.

If we fail to contact you, we will understand that the order is canceled.

The prices indicated for each product include the Value Added Tax (IGIC) and will be expressed in Euro (€).

These prices, unless expressly stated otherwise, do not include shipping costs, shipping insurance or any other additional services and annexes to the product or service purchased, and also, if applicable, of the cost of cash on delivery.

The prices applicable to each product will be those published on the web and subsequently applied automatically by the purchase process in the last phase of the same.


Payment can be made by credit or debit card (VISA and Mastercard).

1. If the payment is made by credit card, the amount of your order will be blocked and will not be charged and deducted from your credit until the order has been sent. This operation is supported by most banks.

2. If the payment is by debit card the charge will be made automatically at the time of purchase.

We remind you that until you accept the purchase, your order is not confirmed and, therefore, the chosen products are not reserved.

BENUSH CHOCOLATIERE reserves the right to withhold any order for security reasons, in which case the affected customers will be informed. We also reserve the right to cancel an order if we believe that we cannot verify the shipping and billing information or consider that it entails resale purposes by the buyer.

Our server encrypts all personal information guaranteeing the privacy and security of your transaction.

BENUSH CHOCOLATIERE applies online taxes to the taxes required by Spanish legislation, all prices include IGIC in force of 3%.

Purchases made on the BENUSH CHOCOLATIERE website may not be delivered in post office boxes, they will always be delivered to addresses and to the person indicated at the time of confirmation of the purchase of the product.

BENUSH CHOCOLATIERE will not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product or service does not take place as a result of the inaccuracy or falsity of the data provided by the User for this purpose, as well as in the event that the delivery cannot be made for outside reasons to the shipping company assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the recipient.

The delivery time of an order must be estimated at 24/72 hours depending on the day and time of confirmation.

Orders confirmed before 12:00 pm will be processed and shipped the same day and will be received before 7:00 pm on the next business day.

Between April 15 and October 15 all orders will be delivered with an isothermal wrap and cold storage to keep our products in optimal condition. Also during this same period, no deliveries will be made the days after holidays to guarantee the cold chain.

Any incident will be communicated via email or by phone to the number provided.

If at the time of delivery there is no one at the indicated address, the carrier will leave a note to contact the transport agency and be able to coordinate the delivery quickly.

In case of any problem in the delivery at the indicated address, the courier company will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed for the delivery. Two delivery attempts are available, the first attempt the next day and the second after the delivery has been arranged.

In Benush Chocolatiere we have organized the logistics of deliveries so that the product travels in the best conditions, so it is important to receive the order in the first delivery (24 hours), not being able to be responsible for the state of the product from two days from the expected delivery. Without the customer being able to claim the return of the purchase price.

Returns & Exchanges

Cancellation Policy

BENUSH CHOCOLATIERE will accept cancellations free of charge for all orders that are canceled 24 hours in advance of the expected delivery date. The company does not undertake to accept applications after the deadline, although in the event that the merchandise had not been issued, exceptionally, the request could be taken into account. For cancellations contact specifying expected delivery date, name and order number.
